Returns & Exchanges Policy
Designs by Stephanie does not accept cancelations or returns. All sales are final.
Exchanges will be accepted (even if customized) as long as:
- the exchange request is made to Designs by Stephanie through the Contact form below within 30 days of the delivered date.
- the goods must be packaged in the same way you received them.
- the goods must be in new condition without any signs of use.
-the customer is responsible for paying to mail the goods back to Designs by Stephanie. Use the Contact form to receive shipment information.
